"When it was time to put my parent's house in Evanston on the market our realtor suggested that we contact stagers in the area. We had a time limit when we wanted to have the house listed. Mary was quick to respond and had the house staged within a couple of weeks. She coordinated the rental of furniture and was very conscious of the cost and our budget. She added several accessories to allow potential buyers to visualize the use of each room. My parent's home had two offers the first week it was on the market and closed shortly after.
