INITIAL VISIT

We initially need to visit you in your home and assess your needs. This is to get to know you and your home. We will need to take digital photos while we are there. We can provide you with a proposal of our staging services within 24 hours after our visit. There is no cost associated with this.

We can also provide you with a consultation report giving you all the information you need to properly stage your home. This is for those who wish to prepare their home for sale themselves. When all is completed, we can return and add some finishing touches. The cost for a consultation is in the range of $250-450.

STAGING OCCUPIED HOMES

We will provide professional staging services for those clients who wish to have the work done for them. We will stage the home using your existing furniture and accessories and/or bring in accessories from our inventory for an added cost. We can stage the entire house or just one room depending on your budget and time constraints.

STAGING VACANT HOMES

We can coordinate the rental of furniture and accessories.  Vacant houses do not sell nearly as well as occupied spaces.  Buyers need to envision the use of each room.  By adding a few pieces, we can let the buyer picture themselves in the space. 

NEW HOME MOVE IN SERVICE/STAGE TO LIVE/RE-DESIGN

We can create a stress free environment for you to enjoy. We will bring out the best features of your home with a design plan that incorporates your existing belongings while taking a "less is more" approach to living in the space. We may add a few new items to freshen the look. Our services will make your moving/living experience so much less stressful and you will be able to enjoy your home more fully.

SHOPPING 

We can accompany you on shopping expeditions or provide personal shopping.

VIRTUAL STAGING Real estate practitioners are building on the concept of online property listings and going a step further by digitally enhancing empty homes to make them more visually appealing.
